Description
The Flame Angelfish (Centropyge loriculus) is a dazzling marine species adored by aquarists for its vibrant orange-red body, contrasted with vertical black bars and sapphire-blue highlights. Typically reaching 10 centimetres in length, it thrives in well-established reef tanks of at least 100 litres, with ample hiding spots and live rock for grazing. Maintain stable water parameters: temperature 22-27°C, pH 8.1-8.4, salinity 1.020-1.025. Provide a varied diet including algae, frozen, and pellet foods. Regular water changes and diligent monitoring of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels are crucial. Ensure tankmates are compatible to prevent aggression.
