Minimum tank size: 20 gallons (80 litres).

Temperature: 24–30°C (75–86°F).

pH: 6.5–7.5.

Substrate: Fine gravel or sand.

Decorations: Provide plants, driftwood, and rocks to create hiding spots and open swimming areas.

Diet:

Omnivorous; feed a balanced diet of high-quality flakes, pellets, and frozen or live foods like brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms.

Tank Mates:

Peaceful tank mates such as tetras, rasboras, guppies, and corydoras are ideal. Avoid large, aggressive, or fin-nipping species that might stress or harm them.

Care Tips:

Keep in groups of at least 6–8 to promote natural schooling behaviour and reduce stress.

Regular water changes and good filtration are essential to maintain water quality.

Provide gentle water flow and plenty of swimming space to support their active nature.

The Neon Dwarf Rainbowfish’s vibrant colours and peaceful nature make it a captivating addition to any aquarium, offering both visual appeal and lively activity in a small, low-maintenance package.
