The Platinum Clownfish (Amphiprion percula) is a stunning variation of the iconic clownfish species, characterized by its striking silver-white body adorned with vibrant orange accents. Native to the coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific region, this species is beloved for its lively personality and ease of care. With a maximum size of around 8 centimetres, these fish thrive in well-maintained saltwater aquariums with plenty of hiding spots among live rock formations. Maintain water temperature between 24-28°C, pH levels of 8.1-8.4, and specific gravity of 1.020-1.025. Provide a varied diet including quality flake or pellet food, frozen Mysis shrimp, and occasional live treats.
